Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During festive seasons or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
We do not offer returns or refunds, but we do provide easy exchanges in specific cases. Exchanges are only accepted for damaged products An unedited opening video is required as proof.. To be eligible, you must request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product. The product should be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Any product with the blouse fabric cut or altered will not be eligible for exchange. Once your exchange request is reviewed and approved, we will either arrange a reverse pickup or share the return address. The replacement product will be shipped after we receive and inspect the original item.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Customized or altered products, final sale items, and orders placed via Cash on Delivery are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
