At Satyabhame Studio, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

In case of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. You will be informed in advance if there is any delay.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 4–10 business days, depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Remote locations

  • Weather conditions

  • Government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances

Satyabhame Studio is not responsible for delays caused by external logistics partners.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Any promotional free-shipping offers will be shown on the website during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp to monitor the delivery status.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pincode are entered correctly while placing the order.

Satyabhame Studio will not be responsible for:

  • Delays caused due to incorrect address

  • Non-availability of the customer at the time of delivery

  • Refusal to accept the order

In such cases, re-shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

6. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, you must:

  • Record an unedited opening video immediately

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

Claims without a proper opening video will not be accepted.
