2. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product details and images. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location. While we strive to deliver on time, delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Return & Exchange Policy

At Satyabhame Studio, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, exchanges are allowed only in specific cases, as mentioned below:

✅ Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted only for damaged products.
An unedited opening video is mandatory as proof of damage.
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
The product must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original packaging
- With all tags intact
Any product with blouse fabric cut or altered will not be eligible for exchange.

🔄 Exchange Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

We will either arrange a reverse pickup or share the return address.
The replacement product will be shipped only after we receive and inspect the original item.

❌ Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:

Customized or altered products
Final sale items
