Exchange Policy
We offer a 3-day exchange policy for damaged items only. This means you have up to 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Important Notes:
- Perception of quality is subjective; therefore, exchanges or returns cannot be entertained for this reason.
- Exchanges cannot be made due to personal preferences or changes in liking after purchase.
- A product unpacking video is mandatory to initiate any kind of complaint.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will allow us to resolve the issue promptly. Always film a video during unpacking to authenticate that the product is from us.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom products such as ready-to-wear sarees, custom-made blouses, and luxury wear sarees (special orders or personalized items).
- Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the desired item is to return the original product (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable for out-of-stock products. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
